Cesar understands the daily challenges technicians face, as he has lived them from the past 10 years. He has trained technicians in underground and open cut mines across the world in his time with KLINGE. Cesar speaks English, Spanish and is learning Portuguese.

The KLINGE Mining Tire Service training happens within the Michelin Sales Training Center (MSTC) in Greenville, South Carolina. We’ve been operating out of this purpose-built facility since 2001. The latest tooling, equipment and a boom truck with tire manipulator is on-site for hands-on learning. From 2023 we’ve begun expanding with new equipment, tools, tire technology stations and more.
KLINGE delivers expert mining tire service training and TIA ETS 200 & 300 certifications to mining teams worldwide. We’ve trained over 1,000 professionals across every continent except Antarctica, with a multilingual team fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
