Our core product for Tyre Management is
Total Tyre Control™ (TTC). Total Tyre Control™ is a registered
trademark of Klinge & Co Pty Ltd and is copyright protected by
Australian an International law.
Under the name Total Tyre Control™ we have developed various
specialized software packages in response to the wants and needs of
the tyre, mining and transport industries.

Earthmover
|
Total Tyre Control™ tracks tyres and rims, it provides in depth
information on tread wear, tyre usage, manufacturer comparison and
more.
Total Tyre Control™ software puts you in charge of your tyres and
rims, while promoting increased safety levels and increased fleet
production at a lower tyre cost.
Total Tyre Control™ is a proven tyre management tool (established in
1987) that quickly identifies the best tyre for the job, monitors day
to day tyre maintenance, reports on tyre performance and condition
(both on screen and printed) and includes accurate tyre budget
forecasting.
Total Tyre Control™ will perform tyre brand comparisons, project
inventory needs, evaluate repair and retread performance, monitor
casing age, flag tyre warnings, detect possible mechanical problems
and calculate cost per kilometer (or mile) based on actual tyre
performance.

all the reporting and enquiry features found in Total Tyre Control ™

Fleet

Total Tyre Control™ Fleet software is designed for commercial vehicle
and lease fleets. Users have access to extensive reporting categories
(e.g. operation type, vehicle cargo type, vehicle brand type and
vehicle configuration type) that allow meaningful analysis and
comparison of various tyre performance results. The software can
service multi-depot, national fleets, as well as small and single
operator fleets.
Suitable and limited to tyres up to 25".

Tolaps
(Tyre Operating Limits And Production
Simulator)

TOLAPS™ is a software tool designed specifically for earthmover tyres
that calculates TMPH/TKPH (Tyre Miles Per Hour/Tyre Kilometre Per
Hour) allowing optimum tyre, vehicle/fleet production, safety and
economics.
TOLAPS™ has been designed to enable users to conduct TMPH/TKPH
studies/simulations for various vehicle/tyre type and brand
combinations to better meet planned fleet production schedules, view
and analyse real time information on screen and in printed format.
TMPH/TKPH ratings are calculated by TOLAPS™ using a large number of
variables (e.g. each tyre manufacturers published mathematical
formulas , number of shifts, average workday speed, tyre brand type,
tread type, target payload etc.) and are therefore very time consuming
to calculate manually.
TOLAPS™ is Windows™ compatible, can interfaces to despatch systems,
thereby allowing live tyre statistics to be included in the TMPH/TKPH
studies, allowing the user to designate trucks to particular haul
routes after analysing TMPH/TKPH values for all tyres on each vehicle
in the fleet.
TOLAPS™ type technology has been in use at BHP Coal Peak Downs Mine,
Queensland, Australia since 1995.

Operations Tyre Performance

Total Tyre Control ™ Operations Tyre Performance plugin is used to
assist in identifying operational issues in tyre management. With this
plugin you can track supervisors, operators and damage locations.
Additional features include tyre environment database and reporting.

Tyre Contracts
|
Total Tyre Control ™ Tyre Contracts plugin allows users to easily
manage the administration of tyre performance guarantees, including
individual and batch guarantees. Set removal reasons on a per contract
basis that may void guarantees. Perform what if analysis on existing
contracts to determine best contract model.

TTC Mobile
|
With Total Tyre Control ™ Mobile plugin users can access tyre and rim
details on their Pocket PC or Palm devices. Add scheduled maintenance
comments and alerts on your Pocket PC or Palm device and synchronize
to update your Total Tyre Control ™ database.

Klinge Tyre Environment Reporter (KTER).
Klinge are proud to showcase the Klinge Tyre Environment Reporter™,
a tool designed to promote and assist in Increasing Tyre Life .
It is a stand alone product used to monitor operational procedures
and to highlight the conditions and events that can lead to tyre
damage. A key benefit is its ability to raise tyre awareness amongst
